How Do I Know If I’d Be A Good Fit?

Here’s a description of an ideal candidate:

  • I am fired up after a day of seeing clients. I love seeing them dig deep and make shifts. I especially like the challenge of the more difficult cases.
  • I hang out for a while and build in breaks to my schedule because I love spending some time with my coworkers. It feels awesome to be a part of the Hope For The Journey family!
  • I am happy to build relationships with other therapists, groups, and organizations to learn more about the community needs and help build my caseload.
  • I enjoy learning new ways to help my clients.
  • I’m tech-savvy (or an eager learner) and enjoy supporting my work with clients through technology and good systems.
  • I take good care of myself–I do my own work in therapy. I take time every day to check in and refuel myself. I am self-aware and able to ask for help.

If this describes you, we can’t wait to touch base!

Send your cover letter and resume to traci.pirri@hopeforthejourney.org.

Applicants who complete the requirements and match our needs will be contacted for a phone screening before a video and then in-person interview.
