I’ve had an amazing experience using EMDR therapy to address my childhood trauma. It’s incredible how something so simple like eye movements can make such a huge difference on how I feel about my most challenging memories! I highly recommend reaching out if you’re looking for trauma or PTSD therapy in Austin.

Taylor Kall is honestly the best! She’s super affirming, real, and really honest, but in a cool and funny way that makes you actually look forward to talking to her. Taylor has helped me in so many ways and is someone who just gets it. She’s made a big difference in my life.

The team at Hope For The Journey are warm and caring! I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking to work on understanding themselves and processing trauma. I’ve worked with Katy and she is always so thoughtful and supportive! She’s great with teens especially when it comes to anger management.
