Finding a good therapist is hard. That’s why we have a full time Client Care Coordinator dedicated to helping you decide who is right for you. Just fill out our referral form, we’ll follow up shortly, and schedule with confidence.

We’re so glad you asked! In a nutshell, it’s that we take a Trauma-Sensitive 3-Phase Approach to therapy:

1) We prepare you by making sure you can handle the emotions that might come up.

2) We help you heal using research-proven methods.

3) We prep you for the future so you won’t need therapy again for the same issue.

While we are an out-of-network practice to give you the most flexibility with your treatment, we do provide superbills upon request. So, if you have Out of Network benefits, the superbill can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your benefits.

Our Client Care Coordinator can talk with you about your options and help point you in the right direction, if you have questions.

Each client, partnership and family will have a unique healing journey. When you first meet with your therapist, you will discuss your treatment goals and come up with a plan. As you move through treatment, your counselor will frequently check in on progress and discuss what is needed to meet your goals.

Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job and get you focused on enjoying life.
