Your first session (or two, if you need extra time) will be a thorough assessment (ie. lots of nosy questions 🥴), orientation to how things are run, and making a personalized plan for your treatment goals.

Start healing

Next you'll start your healing journey! Along the way, your therapist will be learning what works best for you & celebrating your progress. At treatment complete, our goal is for your life to be different because of your efforts.

How Can You Tell if You're Burned Out or Depressed?

Many of our clients come with this question. Your therapist is going to be able to help directly, but in the meantime, have fun with this short quiz that might be able to give you some insight.
