If this sounds like you, you're in the right place...
“I keep it together for everyone… and I’m exhausted.”
“My brain won’t shut off at night.”
“I’m fine on the outside, but empty inside.”
“I push people away because it feels safer.”
“I’m a good mom/partner/worker—and still feel like I’m failing.”
You’re not broken. Your nervous system learned to survive. We’ll help it learn to feel safe again.
How we'll work
Stabilize: sleep, panic, overwhelm—first aid for the nervous system.
Make sense: learn what sets you off, your patterns, and what’s working for you (and what’s not).
Heal the root: when it’s safe, we work so old stuff stops running the show.
What Therapy with me feels like
Therapy with me is gentle and steady—we go at your pace, with zero pressure to spill your whole story on Day One.
We’ll start with real-life tools you can use this week—better sleep routines, clearer boundaries, saying “no” without the guilt. We’ll also tune into how anxiety or low mood shows up in your chest, stomach, or breath—and practice simple ways to calm your nervous system.
With kids and teens, I use play, art, and stories to make hard things easier to talk about, and I coach parents with concrete steps that actually help at home.
Many of my clients choose to integrate Christian spirituality into their healing process. I will follow your lead and help you find what works best for you.

A Little About Me...
I’m an old soul who loves spending time outside and watching SpongeBob. I have the best dog, but pretty much love all animals. Also: I’m genuinely into fashion—yes, therapy and good outfits can coexist.
