Hope For The Journey

Nia Berry, she/her/hers

Hi! I’m Nia. I’m the Care Coordinator for Hope For The Journey. My job is to make everything run smoothly for clients and community partners.

For clients, I’m here to listen and help you find the right therapist. We know the process of finding a counselor is overwhelming. I make it easy to get started. Then, I stay connected over time to make sure everything stays on track as you complete treatment and beyond.

For our community partners and the rest of our staff, I am the glue that helps keep us all connected. If you’d like to get to know us, get on our referral list, or have us speak at your event, I can help make that happen.

How Having a Care Coordinator Helps You Heal

You just want to feel better–as quickly as possible. We get it. That’s why I’m here.

From your first phone call to set up an appointment, I want the process to be easy, efficient, and warm. I handle any administrative issues and concerns so that your therapist can focus solely on your treatment.

What People Are Saying About HFTJ

Why Hope For The Journey Is Different

At Hope For The Journey, we really believe people matter.

YOU matter. So, if something isn’t going well, I’m here to help. We won’t get mad or try to sweep things under the rug. We really love getting feedback–the good, the bad, and the ugly–because it helps us to grow and improve.

So, if you need something or have an idea that might help make things easier for you or other clients, give me a call!

No one should settle for cookie cutter counseling services!

Why I Love Being a Care Coordinator

I genuinely adore people!  I love to get to know them, hear their stories, and relate to them.  Additionally, there is nothing that I am more passionate about than Mental Health.  Our feelings are a common universal human thread and I believe that every person deserves to be heard and understood.
